  • Ensure staff are trained, qualified, and comply with NDIS Practice Standards.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Fees and charges will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of services.

  • Invoices will be issued regularly and must be paid within the specified timeframe.

  • Cancellations may be subject to notice requirements as outlined in your service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Golden Age Homecare will take all reasonable care in service delivery. However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including emergencies or external service disruptions.
